Schlafly
Challenge:
Schlafly needed an easy way to make their site more dynamic and easier to update. They wanted to be able to manage multiple restaurants, the beers that they brew, along with the on tap list at each restaurant. They also wanted a robust event calendar that could support multiple day events as well as repeating events and the ability to tie them to individual restaurants or third party locations.
Solution:
We used the TOKY in-house CMS, Eero, to build the website. There are a number of content types that can be tied to each other. For instance beers and events can each be tied to restaurants. This allows interal links to be genrated automatically. Each restaurant automatically pulls in each beer and event. And each event will automatically link to the correct restaurant page. I also developed the CMS and tied it into the markup, as well as generated the XML for the Home Page Flash.
